Transmission Chain , Pulleys and Key Steel

Transmission Chain

American Standard Transmission Chain Simplex – Roller chains are manufactured to internationally recognised standards.

European standards refer to the ISO/R 606-1982 (DIN 8187) while American standards refer to ANSI (DIN 8188).

Roller chains are available in simplex (-1), duplex (-2) and triplex (-3) and in a varying range of materials and plating options, such as stainless steel (SS), nickel plated (NP) and zinc plated (ZP).

Pulleys

SPA 1-2 groove V-Pulleys are available in a range of outside diameters from 63mm up to 800mm. All pulleys are made in cast iron and are machined to suit British standard Taper Locks.

This range of pulleys have a pitch of 5mm and are designed to suit 9mm wide belts. The pulleys are made in Steel or Aluminium depending on the number of teeth. These pilot bore pulleys have a centre drilled hole in each end and no bore.

Inch Rectangular Key Steel is made from 1045 Mild Steel and is Zinc Plated.

Metric Flat Bars

Metric Rectangular Key Steel is made from 1045 Mild Steel and is Zinc Plated. Available in sizes from 8mm x 7mm up to 56mm x 32mm.

Metric Square

Metric Square Key Steel is made from 1045 Mild Steel and can be Zinc Plated. Available in sizes from 4mm x 4mm up to 50mm x 50mm. We cut to any length and the price shown is for 3000mm.

Steel Metric Spur Gears, Bevel Gears and Gear Racks

We have a high quality steel spur gears in a range of gear ratios.

Ideally used for speed reduction or increase, torque multiplication, resolution and accuracy in positioning systems.

All gears are manufactured in medium carbon steels for high strength and durability, and can be optionally induction/ flame hardened for arduous applications.

A range of steel gears providing a 1:1 gear ratio

Gear racks can be supplied in lengths of 300, 500,1000 and 2000mm and with various pitch from 0.5 module to 8 module and dimensional tolerance of ±0.25mm. Material Steel.
