SIZAKELE DESIGN ENGINEERING and TRANSIT is a South African-based company providing innovative mechanical solutions, Structural solutions, plate work solution, Mechanical and Structural design, drafting solutions to mining and industry across sub Saharan Africa. Handling all aspects of project management, planning, detailing, fabrication, corrosion protection and finishing, site erection,commissioning and a bit of construction management.
The group offers solutions at optimum efficiency. Sizakele was established in 2018 as a black female company channeling our focus within the engineering and mining space. Projects that we work on entails specific activities such as detailing, fabrication and erection with all aspects handled by our experienced and qualified specialist teams. These teams compete on an open market to eliminate complacency. SDET has built up a reputation for effective and economic in solutions brought in and on time, within budget and to specification.
We pride ourselves in offering quality and safety. Detailing and Design remains one of our core business. SDE&T has an in-house 3D and 2D drafting facility that involved in different projects. This facilitates easy communication and information transfer in formats accepted internationally in addition, this allows control over the quality, time spent as well as costing of all projects executed by the company.
All the steel and metal-cutting processes are fully CNC operated and detailed drawings flow from CAD system to communicate specification directly to the CNC equipment, which is outsourced. SDE&T has the necessary logistical and infrastructural support to manage the transportation of all components to and from site. The company also undertakes to coordinate and oversee the range of sub-contractors. This ensures that the audited and approved sub-contractor meet the project deadlines and comply with the clients site SHERQ policies.
Other engineering services includes the supply of Industrial gearboxes, Industrial motors, Lifting equipment’s, supply and service of pumps and other mechanical machined components.
